Documents Required for Verification

To verify your account, please ensure that all information in the "Account Settings" section is filled out.

Providing information in the "Banking Information" section is optional.

For a successful completion of the basic verification procedure, you need to upload the following documents in your personal account under "Account Settings" / "Verification":

• A photo of your payment/bank card;
• A selfie holding your passport;
• Proof of your registered address;
• Passport / ID card / driver's license.

Additional Information:

• Provide both the front and back sides of your identification document;
• The document must be valid and not expired;
• The document should clearly indicate the expiration date;
• The document must contain your unedited photograph;
• The document should include your date of birth;
• Watermarks on the documents should be clearly visible.
